Wing Chun Kung Fu Brisbane
The studio/school offers its students a modern training facility while still retaining the core system of Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu (Chinese martial arts).
The kwoon or school is run in a professional manner, allowing our students to focus on their training. There are 60 on-site car spaces as well as off street parking. The training floor of 320 square meters is fully equipped with traditional and modern training aids. Your lessons will cover the entire Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu system including:
- Sticking hand drills to sharpen reflexes (Chi Sao)
- Wooden dummy sets (Muk Yan Jong)
- The shadow boxing sets (Shil lim tao, Chum kil and Bil jee)
- Internal kung fu, the ability to build and utalise your chi (life breath)
Your classes will cover the complete system of Traditional Wing Chun Kung Fu. Dealing with all ranges of conflict from pre-contact stage through to kicking range and right down to the ground.
Weapons training, traditional and modern, is also part of the system.
